NW CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS POINT SYSTEM:
Win (Pool Play and Playoffs) = 3 Points
Loss (Pool Play and Playoffs) = -1 Point
Ties (Pool Play Only) = 1 Point
Shutout (Pool Play and Playoffs) = 5 Points
Fewer than 10 Runs Allowed in all 4 Pool Play games = 10 Points
Points will be awarded for final placement for the teams that make it to Sunday. Those points vary, and are specified on each bracket on Tourney Machine.
FINAL STANDINGS/CROWNING NW CLUB CHAMPIONS
We have decided that we will take the top 4 point totals from within your program (since the original team minimum was 4 teams and we allowed teams to enter with 3 later in the season) and add them up for 1 total score. We will divide these 4 teamsโ total scores by 4. Clubs that only brought 3 teams will still have their totals divided by 4.
The Club with the highest average score on their top 4 finishing teams will be crowned 2019 NW Club Champions!! A title that will come with an amazing trophy and banner for your club!!
